What happens when you gather world-class musicians, YouTube celebrities, 2,000 people dressed as angels, a donkey, two sheep, and a camel? The Guinness World Record for the Largest Live Nativity Scene, plus an epic YouTube music video, and a free MP3 download of what will rapidly become a Christmas classic.
Radiant is pleased to serve as the sponsor and creative partner to this amazing, unprecedented collaboration between Peter Hollens, David Archuleta, The Piano Guys, The Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and several other notable YouTube personalities, including Shay Carl, Alex Boyé, Cute Girl Hairstyles, Devin Supertramp, Stuart Edge, Kid History, Studio C, The Gardiner Sisters, and others. The project came together in record time with help from the heavens—as well as a heavenly host of earthly angels who worked around the clock to bring the creative vision to life.
What is your favorite memory of your father? How would you describe your father in one word? What lessons has your father taught you over the years? These, and other poignant and light-hearted questions are at the heart of the new YouTube video, “Thank Heaven for Fathers.”
The Radiant Foundation will premiere the thought-provoking message for Father's Day starting June 12, 2014. “Thank Heaven for Fathers” will inspire viewers to reflect on the importance of father figures—from their own father to Our Heavenly Father—in their lives and in society as a whole.
“There's never been a greater need for good fathers,” Brandon Burton, the president of Boncom, explained. “Fathers play a unique, vital role in shaping, protecting and caring for children, families and communities. This video helps give dimension and context to all that fathers have done and continue to do for us.&rdqduo;
Radiant hopes that by sharing the video and their memories using the hashtag #FathersDay, social media users will help promote and celebrate the time-honored values of fatherhood, family, and faith.
